Good choice for families - Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka Reviews

Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka Reviews - We stayed at the Fraser Residence of 27 to 31 March in an apartment with one bedroom. We had agreed and got an extra bed in the living room. The other beds in the room were two single beds. We also asked for a Non smoking room in advance - there are limited Non smoking rooms available, so I do it for the desired if this is important for you in advance, advise. 

spite of bed in the combined dining / living room, the apartment was still spacious the three of us (all adults). 

As in a previous review mentioned the location was excellent, right next to the Nankai Namba Station, which was very convenient for the Rapi-t train from Kansai International Airport (30 minutes drive). 

The apartment had air conditioning and was equipped with a full kitchen - inclusive of a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes and very useful for us, a combined washer and dryer. There was also a humidifyer. 

You have to buy a small pack of electricity for the washing machine washing machine - remember when it costs 100 yen. 

The washer / dryer is very convenient, but a long time to run but it takes 2-3 hours for each charge but is still better than washing hands in the bathroom sink! 

The location of the apartment was great, next to numerous restaurants, shops, cafes etc. ... , The only thing that it is not near the JR Shinkansen Shin-Osaka Station. 

We traveled to Osaka by subway and took a taxi to Shin-Osaka station (because we had a lot of luggage) on the last day, the less worked than $ 20 AUD. 

Services at Fraser was excellent. The staff at the front desk was always willing to help and all my requests bezgl 

The breakfast menu was a little limited but tasty. If you consider that it included with the room and the room price at which I'm not too much fuss. It was enough for us, but it can also be used if you are a bit too big breakfast.
