Goodwood Park Hotel Reviews
A secret in a perfect location
I got the tip from a friend who still lives there on business and booked this hotel for 31 guests for a night. And it is really a very nice house, not one of the modern buildings that look the same, regardless of whether they are in Singapore or New York and are interchangeable but with charm and personal atmosphere of a past century. Until the First World War it was the meeting of the German community and now a beautiful, stylish hotel. It has 2 swimming pools and spacious rooms that could be somewhat restored, but they are still cozy and homely. The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful, highly recommended for the afternoon is also the hightea with countless different varieties of cakes, scones etc. The breakfast was also excellent and very versatile. The location, 3 minutes walk from Orchard Road, is optimal.
Oasis in the city center
central traditional hotel, nice size and low design. Rooms perfectly equipped, only the bathroom could / be something better later. 2 pools, but for longer swimming too warm and no shade / umbrellas in the pool area. Good restaurants. Environment is very good for shopping, going out for less.

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore Reviews
Singpore from above
Our company had a huge conference in Singapore and we were all in this great 5stars hotel, which is not different from large stores / chains in this price segment. Service, rooms were spotless and everything else. I was lucky enough to get a room on the club floor and had a wonderful view of Singapore. rooms are very nicely decorated with a great bathroom.
Great hotel, great location, best hotel in Singapore
The Mandarin Oriental is a top hotel in Singapore. The rooms are modern and have a good size ... not too big and not too small. The furniture is sometimes a little worn (scratches on corners and edges of furniture), but this is normal for many travelers. The bathroom is functional and tastefully decorated. The bathroom utensils are enriched with Lemon Grass and smell fantastic. Of particular note is the brilliant view at night through the huge windows! Very good liked the pool area! One often receives little shots of fresh fruit juices, always a cold drinking water and chilled towels are served, you will be sprayed with refreshing water, the sunglasses are cleaned, you can rent sun cream and swimming goggles, towels can be constantly changed and the pool staff are very friendly! The size of the pool is great for the morning to swim a few laps or to splash. Again, the view of the skyline Singapore's impressive! We have observed numerous guests of the hotel, which once pulled out the camera and shot photos of the skyline. The breakfast at Melt Cafe is unique. Nothing is missing. I especially enjoyed the fresh waffles tasted good. From the hotel entrance you can go out right and can be reached within a minute via a short staircase of an underground shopping Streets. There you can take in food courts snacks or spend hours shopping.A small deduction we give for the very dark Eingagsbereich of the hotel, but also comes across design technically kind of interesting, because it's rather unusual :)Every time we would choose this hotel again, when we come to Singapore. Especially for families with children, this hotel is highly recommended, because the pool area is so great!

Marina Mandarin Hotel Review
Best Price Performance
The hotel is very precious and the lobby is huge. The rooms are large, modern and of course like everything in Singapore, very clean. I have traveled without premonition in this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. Can I know any! I paid 240 usd / night and that was worth it! I have never had such a comfortable bed in a hotel as there!
Hotel with a great view of the marina
The hotel is distinguished by its central location at the marina. You should definitely book a room with a view of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. The fantastic view makes up for the extra cost (about 36 € / night). buffet breakfast, room amenities and service are very good. A direct access to the shopping mall you can also quickly be on the waterfront with many restaurants, including an inexpensive food court.

4. Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel
"Excellent but expensive"
After tens of millions expensive complete renovation of the hotels I greatly respect the current room rates are too high. Otherwise, you can only report positive about the Pan Pacific. It offers everything a tourist or business traveler wants. Everything works perfect and the service is very professional. The views from the higher floors of course, as in all Singapore Highrisern unique. The restaurants are of the best quality.
"Worth every single asterisk"
As the last stop on our Singapore-Malaysia-Singapore trip we had chosen this hotel because it had been six years earlier optically us liked it very much during a short visit. And this time we wanted to stay there too much. An offer from a local tour operator taking advantage of (weekend nights are cheaper) we had booked three nights before then went back to Germany. The hotel was renovated this year and reopened in October, with the time of our visit, the conversion was not complete, so not all restaurants were open and especially in the second and third floors all looked a little "bald". However, the constant output works not disturb our stay. The lobby is very well done and modern. Even the reception desk and check-in area were redesigned for a new concept and equipped with the latest technology (also applies to the room). The hotel is also well connected to the metro network in Singapore (Espanade station or Raffles Place) and then a few minutes walk. When it rains (and it happened during our stay, every day), you can also go well beyond the shopping mall "Marina Square" the hotel without getting wet. Especially the elevators gläserenen impressed in the atrium. Our room was on the 7th Floor (unfortunately no view to the Marina Bay). It was newly renovated, very modern (all electronically controlled - blackout, television, electricity, air conditioning, etc.). Especially the glass bathroom was well done, for example, There were three different shower facilities). The toilet was separate. The beds were very comfortable, actually need not be specially mentioned. Everything to feel good. The pool area was also new and of high quality, enjoyable. Always to give an unsolicited bottle of water and a towel served. A great service was the opportunity on our last day after check-out (12 clock) in the evening hours to even make use of its showers free to leave for the airport to fresh (the journey time is about 45 metro min including changes). But the point of the whole I-was the breakfast. I have already allowed me to use many buffets at five-star hotel, but the Pan Pacific is named: gigantic! All types of Asian food, continental breakfast, breads, juices, fruits and vegetables, side dishes and homemade ... ice. Schedule at least an hour and enjoy. And then on to the city. Singapore has changed a lot since our last visit six years ago. It has become alive and versatile, even if the consumer is even more come to the fore. However, no bargains are to be made for normal mortal Europeans with the euro as their currency. Nevertheless, you should not miss the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road, especially during the festive season missed. Next we can recommend in Singapore: Little India, Chinatown, Marina Bay Sands Hotels (book a place in the restaurant, then saves the entrance to viewing platform-€ 15, -), Chinese Garden (barely visitors and somewhat isolated with its own MRT station), various temples, Fort Canning Park, etc. We walked a lot, so you could leave work great on the city, especially at night (eg, Clark Quay). And when your feet are no longer wanted, there was certainly a MRT station nearby, which brought us back to the Pan Pacific, where we gladly stayed.

Grand Hyatt Singapore Hotel Reviews
"Best Business Hotel"
The rooms at the Grand Hyatt are in perfect condition. Of course the view is not exactly exhilarating. But this one has a hotel centrally located along Scotts Road. Ideal for shopping. If you want to view, you have to book a hotel in the Harbour. The restaurants at the Grand Hyatt are all recommended. Especially the Italian restaurant, which comes pretty easy, but convinced with good food.
"Best Hyatt in Singapore"
The Grand Hyatt is well located near Orchard Road and therefore close to various shopping temple. At check-in there was an upgrade to the junior suite, which has really made a very good impression. The service was really great. Brushing also charges such exceptionally fast cleaning and shoes were perfect erldigt. Rather disappointing was the breakfast, which could increase the selection yet, but it was nicely presented.

Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore Hotel Reviews
"Great hotel in a great shopping location"
Right at the intersection of Orchard-Scotts Road in close proximity to ION Center. Good starting point to the hop on-off bus to explore the city. Royal Club Room with complimentary breakfast, all-in-Mini bar, nespresso in the room and afternoon tea and evening cocktails help save money and take place away from the bustle of normal guests.
“Top Hotel”
The hotel leaves little to be desired.
I had a premiere room. It was tasty, though not spectacularly decorated beautifully. Hervorzeheben the bathroom with its large windows to the room (can of course by a blind make "eyes" ...), through which it is possible to watch TV in the bath. Shower was also present.
The room was also equipped with a Nespresso machine including capsules, which were like the included mini-bar replenished daily.
The only negative thing about the room, but somehow typical of Singapore: as soon as you walked out of the room, the air conditioner is turned on, so it was relatively cool in return.
The pool in a "Rooftop Patio" is very nice - including towel service.
The very large breakfast buffet caters for all tastes (Asian, Continental, ...) more than enough.
Also nice: Daily live band in the hotel bar
